As an owner of my own architectural practice with historic and new residential projects, as well as, institutional and small commercial projects, my sole responsibilities include: programming, master planning, developing a budget and schedule with the client and designing to that budget, bidding and negotiating the project for construction, obtaining zoning and building permits, and providing construction administration for the client through punch out.
Project experiences include: site selection and site planning, providing presentations for Special Exception zoning and historic district review presentations, study of facilities and grounds of institutional projects for maintenance, budgeting and future master planning, and the use of Computer Aided Drafting – AutoCAD.
